returns & refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Trueblue Marketplace is subject to availability.

Orders can only be cancelled before the order has been shipped.  Once the order has been shipped, payment is non-refundable.

If a product is damaged or broken when received, Trueblue Marketplace must be informed within one working day of receiving the goods.  We required the following information in order to assess the damage:

  • Photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a FRAGILE sticker or not)
  • Photographs of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging, and
  • Photograph of the damaged item.

If necessary, we will arrange for collection of the product from you at no charge.  Once we have inspected the product and photographs, and have validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:

  • Replace the product (if available), or
  • Issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product, or
  • Issue a refund (using the same method of payment you originally used for the purchase).

All products are sold with a seven day satisfaction guarantee. 
If you are not completely happy with a product, you can contact us within seven days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. 
If the product is in its original sealed state, we will issue you with return details.  Shipping costs for the return, will be for your account.  Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in it’s original sealed state, we will refund you with the value of the product. 
If the product has been opened and or used, and the product is not to your satisfaction, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product.  The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and Trueblue Marketplace can not be held responsible for issuing a refund.

Before placing an order please be aware that colours and sizes may not look exactly as they do on your screen.  This will be determined by the colour settings on your computer.  We will not accept returns on items that ‘don’t look like they do on the website’.  You are welcome to contact us if you need any clarification on any products.
