A strong concept is the cornerstone of any communication. Starting with a broad client brief, Trueblue will conceptualise communication items, manage the design process and deliver the final product or outcome.

We work closely with our clients to define and understand the direction of each project or event. Taking the demographics and psychological profile of your audience into account, we find the right fit, whether it be an internal staff newsletter, social media platform or year-end function.

Publications

Trueblue will comfortably take on the role of co-ordinator or editor of any company publication or digital platform, for internal or external audiences. Our approach is based on a four-phase process:

Evaluating how effectively the existing media conveys your messages in its current format and frequency
Ensuring correct messaging by aligning the content and design with company goals
Proposing necessary adjustments or launching a new publication or platform
Managing the production process from content to design and publishing

Event and Project Management

We have extensive experience in event management, including the remote planning and execution of executive-level conferences in Kenya, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Cambodia, Namibia, South Africa, Ethiopia and Mozambique.

Trueblue offers a one-stop service, handling all aspects of an event, from concept to managing service providers. Our aim is to ensure brand continuity, integrity and alignment throughout.

Having organised and managed numerous corporate events from international conferences to informal functions for multi-level employees, we understand the dynamics of conveying messages and evoking responses across multi-cultural groups.
